        People who go out of their way to avoid sodium and fats usually are doing more harm than good to their bodies. These nutrients are just as misunderstood as Gluten and Cholesterol. Its sad that there are even a lot of doctors who don’t understand that these things (Other than Gluten) are vital to your health. A little research will prove that there is no such thing as bad cholesterol and that it is one of the most important parts of our body. It is so important, that you body creates it and doesn’t leave it to chance that you get it in your diet. If you had no cholesterol in your body, you would die!

        Gluten is only bad for you if you are allergic to it.
